Where do you ship to?
- We ship to various countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Japan, and Hong Kong
- Currently, we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or PO Boxes due to high risks of loss and return. Using such addresses may result in shipment failure, for which the Allure K will not be responsible or able to offer compensation.
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $ 80 USD and over.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Thank you for reaching out! We are processing your order quickly, and modifications or cancellations are not possible once it has been placed. This includes modifications to items and shipping addresses. Please double-check all shipping details, items, and quantities before purchasing.
Can I check the status on my order?
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your tracking number becomes available. Once it's ready, you'll receive an email at the address you provided at checkout. You can also log in to your account and view the tracking number in your Order Tracking.
If your tracking information hasn’t been updated within this timeframe, feel free to reach out to us through the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the destination country. Most orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days after being fulfilled at our warehouse.
If it has been more than 3 weeks since you placed your order, please contact our Customer Service team through our Contact Us for assistance.
Required Information for International Shipping
A full legal name and valid phone number are required for international orders.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including all relevant details (e.g., apartment number, building name, entrance code, etc.). We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

Customs Issues
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
Customs Tax
- Customers are solely responsible for all customs-related charges, including customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.
- Any fees incurred during customs clearance such as service charges, administrative fees, or warehousing costs-must be paid by the customer.
- Since customs regulations differ by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed guidance and to prevent any issues.
Hazardous Goods
- Policies regarding hazardous items vary by country. The AllureK does not provide information on these regulations, so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local customs office to confirm whether a product is considered hazardous.
Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
- The AllureK is not liable for packages refused by customs for any reason, including non-payment of taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If the package is returned or discarded by customs, we cannot offer reshipment or compensation. These charges are separate from the shipping fee and are determined by your local government. If an order is returned due to refusal to pay these charges, we will be unable to offer a refund or reshipment
- Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs duties within the time frame specified by the shipping carrier, the package will either be returned or discarded. Even if the customer later decides to pay the fees, it may be too late, and in such cases, refunds or reshipment will not be possible.
