Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The AllureK. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through The AllureK are considered final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a claim, contact our customer support team at cs.theallurek@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Your request must include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the damage or defect

All claims are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the Company. If approved, a refund for the product price and original shipping fee will be issued. You may be required to return the item to the address provided by our team. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Conditions for Claims:

- The claim must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Clear photographic proof of the defect or damage must be provided.
- The item must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or user-caused damage.

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for being available to receive delivery notifications or courier communications. Missed calls or messages may result in delayed or failed delivery. In such cases, The AllureK is not responsible and cannot offer refunds or reshipments.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

The AllureK is not liable for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed to the correct shipping address. If courier error is confirmed, please contact our support team with supporting documentation. We will assist you in working with the courier, but any resolution is subject to their investigation.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees

The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees related to customs clearance. If a package is refused, returned, or discarded due to non-payment or other customs-related reasons, The AllureK is not liable and cannot issue refunds or reship the order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to a confirmed Company error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the Company. Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. The Company is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–15 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items. Actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
